The Special Education Certificate is specifically designed for those who already have initial teaching degree in such areas as early childhood education, English education, or art education or related courses e.g. Psychology, Nursing, etc. or simply someone who needs to switch career.

In addition, this course is being offered in a flexible, hybrid format, both in-class and on-line, or full on-line training at the convenience of your home and at your own pace.
In this program you will:
*Earn the Special Education Certification without completing the MEd degree;
*Take coursework related to characteristics of students with disabilities, effective instructional practice, and assessment;
*21 UNITS Takers, 4 months training. Focus on pre-K-8th grade level as SPED Teacher in the Philippines, with PRC CPD points in the Philippines;
*39 UNITS Takers, 6 months training. Focus on pre-K-8th grade level and 7th-12th grade with course on transition services.
